3 Injured in Head-on Crash in Orland Park
Two vehicles involved in crash in construction zone.
ORLAND PARK, IL — Three people were injured early Saturday in a high-speed, head-on crash in a construction zone in Orland Park.
Crews were called just before 1 a.m. to a crash in a construction zone in the 10400 block of 159th Street involving a pick-up truck and a car, said Ray Hanania, Orland Fire Protection District spokesman.
One person—a female in her early 20s—was pinned in the car and two individuals, one male and one female, were found injured in the pickup truck. The woman was extricated from the car, and all three victims were transported to Silver Cross Hospital.
