4th Of July Weather: Holiday Forecast For Orland Park

ORLAND PARK, IL — Before your head to the 4th of July parade or Centennial Park for fire works, be sure to pack a little extra sunscreen before you go.

As we approach the holiday, your Independence Day festivities are no doubt confirmed. But, as most of us know, Mother Nature is fickle and could always step in and ruin the best-laid plans with a trifecta of rain, storms and cloudy skies.

Want more reassurance? The National Weather Service forecast calls for something much of the same. NWS said Sunday will be sunny, with a high near 91. West wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.
