ExpressCare Clinic Opens in Tinley Park

Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC, (SPI), has opened a new ExpressCare immediate/urgent care clinic located on the northwest corner of Harlem Avenue and 167th Street in Tinley Park, expanding its existing primary care services in the community.

The new Tinley Park ExpressCare is the second SPI ExpressCare clinic serving Chicago’s Southland. The SPI ExpressCare in Frankfort is located on the corner of LaGrange and LaPorte Roads.

Both ExpressCare clinics offer a wide range of services, including:

The Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC, Tinley Park ExpressCare is located at 16650 Harlem Ave. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and closed Sunday.

That same location is the clinical home for two SPI primary care physicians, one nurse practitioner and one SPI pediatric medicine physician. Family Medicine physicians Tonja Austin, MD, and Saleem Shahzad, MD, as well as pediatric medicine physician, Francine Pearce, MD, are welcoming new patients as is Marjorie Craig, NP, Family Medicine nurse practitioner. The Frankfort ExpressCare is located at 20180 S. LaGrange Road. It’s open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

No appointments are required for ExpressCare locations, and most insurance plans are accepted.
