Game Grabber Takes Over $1K In Games From Orland Library: Police
Police reports state that a Palos Hills man stole 25 video games from the Orland Park Library in May. Total value of the games was $1,367.

ORLAND PARK, IL — A Palos Hills man was arrested in connection with stealing over $1,360 worth of video games from the Orland Park Public Library, according to police reports.
On May 20, police reports said 21-year-old Noah Pacult, wearing a mask and Chicago Bulls hat, was seen in camera surveillance taking multiple video games off the shelf of the library. Just two days later, police reports state Pacult went back to the library, with the same disguise, taking more games off the shelf.
The library reported the missing video games to police when staff found scanning devices for the items on a table. The shelf had 25 video games missing, the total value of which was $1,367.52, according to reports.

No library personnel recognized the game grabber, but they began to keep an eye out for his return, reports state.
On June 4, police were called back to the library after staff told cops the thief was back. When officers got there, a staff member pointed out Pacult, wearing the same Chicago Bulls hat, and said she would be signing a theft complaint, according to police.

This is when an officer identified the game grabber as Pacult and let him know that he was under arrest, police reports state. He was taken into custody without incident.
On June 5, Pacult was charged with felony theft and taken to 2600 California Ave. for a bond hearing, according to reports.
The games and surveillance footage were taken by police.
Charges are merely allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
