Icy Roads, Slick Driving Conditions Reported Across South Suburbs
Several crashes and spinouts, including one traffic incident involving three cars at 183rd and Cicero, have been reported Thursday morning.
SOUTH SUBURBS — Drivers throughout the city's south suburbs, and elsewhere in Chicagoland, should be extra cautious today after a number of crashes have been reported on main thoroughfares in the region. Among the specific incidents reported by traffic gurus on Twitter are a three-car crash at 183rd Street and Cicero Avenue in Country Club Hills and several smaller crashes on La Grange Road in Mokena and Orland Park.

Also, several cars have spun out on icy roads in Tinley Park, Oak Forest and Alsip, according to WBBM. Others on social media have experienced icy roads in Orland, Tinley Park and Homewood.
