Orland Park Creates New Non-Emergency Reporting System

Report concerns like potholes, streetlight outages or code violations through the new OP311 online portal.

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Village of Orland Park has introduced a new, online non-emergency reporting system for residents called OP311. Residents can now report concerns to the village such as potholes, code violations and streetlight outages by heading to the online portal.

Registration is required to submit a request. Code enforcement related requests are the only requests that may be submitted anonymously, according to the village.

Registering gives resident the ability to view all previously submitted requests and to receive updates on the status of a request via email.

The village reminds residents that this is not to be used for emergencies. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
