Orland Park Library Board Honors Retiring Staffers

The library board honored Library Director Mary Weimar and retired Adult Services Manager Andrew Masura.

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Orland Park Public Library community celebrated employees who have retired at the most recent Board of Library Trustees meeting.

On Monday, staffers Mary Weimar, Library Director, and Adult Services Manager Andrew Masura were honored by the board. Masura served the library for 30 years, and Weimar served the library for 25 years.

Masura retired during the pandemic, but the board was just now able to honor him. Weimar retires as of Wednesday.

Library Board President Joanna Leafblad honors Adult Services Manager Andrew Masura and Library Director Mary Weimar upon their retirements. Masura served the library for 30 years. Weimar served the library for 25 years. Masura retired during the pandemic, and the board was just now able to honor him. Weimar retires as of June 23.
