Orland Township Tax Assessment Appeals Are Now Open

ORLAND TOWNSHIP, IL — Orland Township assessment appeals are now open, and the deadline to submit them is Sept. 9.

Residents can file an appeal online through the Cook County Assessor’s Office. For help, residents can make an appointment with the Orland Township assessor's office in person or by phone. Appointments are limited.

Those who schedule an appointment for September 9 will receive assistance with the appeal, the office said, but they will have to take the appeal to the Assessor’s satellite office in the Markham or Bridgeview Courthouse, or take it to the post office to be postmarked by the deadline date. Documentation is due Sept. 19.

Orland Township covers Orland Park, Orland Hills and a small section of Tinley Park.
