With cape flying, Orland Park Area Chamber President Rob Wehmeier raised his scepter and gave the signal the spring golf outing had begun. Over 160 golfers took off in carts decorated with the super-hero theme.
“This was a year of r invention for the golf outing and I think that the golf committee hit a real home run making this event fun and engaging for both the golfers and the hole sponsors,” said Wehmeier. “

While Wehmeier drove around Silver Lake Country Club to thank each sponsor, Executive Director Keloryn Putnam of the OPCC passed out golf towels and hospitality.
“It was great to see many of our newer members join us, as hole sponsors, “said Putnam. “We were also fortunate that our members donated beautiful raffle prizes. Our chamber is filled with amazing people.”
