Applications are accepted via the website southwest.com/careers. Hopefuls can create a profile and upload a resume by clicking the yellow "apply here" button.
Southwest is looking for people who are "extraordinarily safety conscious ... extremely flexible, compassionate/caring, [with] outstanding Customer service desire & skills."
