Crafted Cocktail And Lounge Bar Opening In Shorewood
The Sacred Path Yoga studio that closed last year amid the pandemic is now being filled by Mauve —Nosh & Libations.

SHOREWOOD, IL — When storefronts in Shorewood go empty, they don't tend to stay empty very long. The former Sacred Path Yoga studio is being replaced by Mauve — Nosh & Libations. It's considered a crafted cocktail, wine and small plate bar.
In recent days, the owners of the new Shorewood bar posted an announcement on their Facebook page letting everyone know they're coming to Shorewood.
"We are so excited to be part of this beautiful town! Follow us to be a part of this journey with us! 1146 West Jefferson St, Shorewood, IL, 60404. Coming Soon! We cannot wait to open our doors for you all! Mauve - Nosh & Libations, is a crafted cocktail, wine & small plate bar in Shorewood!"

Mauve — Nosh & Libations will fill the vacancy between the Happy Place Cafe and the Will County Brewing Company. Both are very popular Shorewood businesses. Savarino's Pizza and Broasted Chicken, in the same plaza, is another restaurant that draws a lot of customers to the area.
The Shorewood plaza is near River Road and along Route 52, which is Jefferson Street.

The owners of Mauve — Nosh & Libations told Patch they expect to be open later this summer. "We are hoping for August 1st but the way everything is going July might be an option!" they notified Patch.
Since posting their announcement on Facebook, Mauve — Nosh & Libations has generated 80 Facebook Shares plus 68 comments.
Mauve —Nosh & Libations already has 802 Facebook followers, which is not too shabby considering they don't expect to be open for several months.
