SHOREWOOD, IL — A 25-year-old man from Bolingbrook is now facing two unrelated criminal charges involving public indecency/lewd conduct in neighboring Will County villages.

On Friday, the Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow charged Gad Ganaden with public indecency/lewd exposure. The Shorewood Police Department responded to the Home Goods business on June 6 and police determined that Ganaden "knowingly exposed his penis in a lewd manner," Friday's criminal complaint reflected.

Ganaden also has another pending criminal case at the Will County Courthouse involving charges of disorderly conduct and public indecency/lewd exposure.

Charges in that incident were filed Aug. 27, 2020, as a result of a Plainfield Police Department investigation. Will County prosecutors filed a motion in late June seeking a higher bail for Ganaden for his pending case from Plainfield.

Ganaden's bail in his Plainfield case was originally set at $3,000, which he posted last Aug. 31.
