Help Celeste And Family After Shorewood Townhouse Fire
Celeste Hernandez lost everything she has earned including her purse, IDs and family heirlooms, according to one of her friends.

SHOREWOOD, IL —Local business owner Tina Singer has organized a GoFundMe drive to help one of her neighbors, Celeste Hernandez, whose townhouse was destroyed in Wednesday night's fire in the 300 block of Parkside Drive in Shorewood's Walnut Trails subdivision.
The huge fire broke out around 8:45 p.m. and destroyed two of the apartment units, according to Troy Fire Chief Andy Doyle.
"Although the Troy and many other Fire departments surrounding did an amazing job containing the fire it was too little too late and Celeste has lost everything she has earned including her purse, IDs and family heirlooms with only the clothes she was wearing," the GoFundMe informs everyone.

The organizer of the GoFundMe is trying to raise $5,000 for Hernandez.
"Rest assured, she is a strong young woman, and she will get through this but it’s nice to have a helping hand to pull her along the way," Singer posted in the GoFundMe to help the victim.
