SHOREWOOD, IL — Oil and asphalt paving will start at 5 a.m. Tuesday on River Road in Shorewood, according to an alert from the village.
Asphalt will be laid throughout the morning. Drivers should expect slow traffic and traffic delays and use alternate routes when possible.
