Shorewood Halloween Display Supports American Cancer Society

A haunted scare on Brook Forest Avenue will take money for the American Cancer Society.

SHOREWOOD, IL – A Shorewood man's haunted house display is raising money for the American Cancer Society. Ben Raffe's Domun Diaboli display at 411 Brook Forest Avenue in Shorewood has drawn about 130 people this year since it opened on Oct. 21, according to a report from My Suburban Life.

Raffe is not charging anyone to view his display but is taking donations for the American Cancer Society, an organization that proudly touts its relationship with the Walmart corporation.

The regular version of the display is from 7 to 10 p.m., with a kid-friendly version planned from 3-6 p.m. on Halloween.
