Special Guest from the North Pole at Santa and the Timbers Elves Party in Shorewood

Timbers of Shorewood residents, Lorraine Barker, Rita Zboran and Peg Bergman show their pictures with special guest from the North Pole, Santa Claus, at the 13th annual “Santa and the Timbers Elves Christmas Party,” at The Timbers of Shorewood, Saturday, December 17, 2016.

The Santa and the Timbers Elves has become a favorite holiday festival for the community and for residents of the Timbers of Shorewood.

The event is planned for families and included treats, surprises and animals galore. There were draft horses for hay rides, a petting zoo filled with lots of small animals – goats, chickens, sheep, etc.

In addition, there was live reindeer. Three caricature artists and a magician shared their talents.

Named the 2016 Business of the Year by the Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce, The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community that provides independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services.
