Time To Party: It's Will County Brewing's 3rd Anniversary Bash

SHOREWOOD, IL — The coronavirus pandemic made for a rocky year in 2020 within the microbrewery industry and Jamie Albert, one of the founders of Will County Brewing Company, is looking forward to a successful 2021.

This weekend, Will County Brewing will be partying like it hasn't in a long, long time.

There are several live music acts. Several limited specialty beers are being unveiled. This weekend marks the third anniversary celebration of Will County Brewing.

Shorewood's first microbrewery opened in March 2018. It's located along Route 52 right near the Walgreens and Happy Place Cafe near the traffic light for River Road.

Here's a rundown of the top social media posts from recent days on the Will County Brewing Company's Facebook page. They encourage micro beer lovers from around the Joliet area to come out and have some fun this weekend.

Customers will be able to come inside the bar or people can stay outside and mingle in the heated tent that Albert has kept open for patrons during the winter months.

The Will County Brewing Company's normal hours at 1142 West Jefferson St. are as follows:

Monday through Thursday: 3 to 10 p.m.

Friday 3 to 11 p.m.

Saturday: noon to 11 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
