Bitterly Cold Weather Due in Sunday Night

The National Weather Service says wind will combine with cold to create wind chills of 20 to 30 degrees below zero from 9 p.m. and through noon Monday.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory beginning at 9 p.m. and running through noon Monday, when bitterly cold weather will combine with wind to make it feel as if it is 20 below to 30 degrees below zero.
