Man With Knife Robs St. Charles Convenience Store: Police
An employee handed over an unknown amount of money before the suspect left the store, according to police.

ST. CHARLES, IL — The 7-11 convenience store on East Main Street in St. Charles was robbed Sunday night by a man holding a knife, according to police.
Officers were called around 9:20 p.m. Sunday to the 7-11 store at 2400 E. Main St. by an employee who said a man pulled out a knife as he walked up to the store counter, the St. Charles Police Department said in a news release.

The employee told police the man was about 5 feet, 10 inches tall. He was wearing a red face covering and a black hooded sweatshirt with a design, police said. The man also appeared to have red dye on his hands, according to police.
