Democrat Jamie Mosser declared victory Tuesday night after her opponent Bob Spence conceded the race.

Though there are as many as 10,000 mail-in votes still to be tallied in the county, Mosser declared victory on Election Night after getting a “gracious call” from her opponent, Republican Bob Spence, of Batavia.
