WHEATON, IL — Altiro Latin Fusion has opened its doors in Wheaton to serve up its mouthwatering menu of tapas, Spanish wines, and hand-crafted cocktails. This is the fifth location for Altiro, which also has restaurants in West Chicago, Geneva, LaGrange, and Roscoe Village.

Altiro Latin Fusion's website touts the eatery's dedication to implementing fresh and locally sourced natural ingredients. The meat they use is free of additional hormones and the poultry is grass-fed.

Chefs at Altiro use fruits, veggies, and herbs that are delivered daily to whip up beer-battered tilapia tacos or pan-seared chicken with creamy poblano sauce and pomegranate seeds.
