Featured Adoptable A.R.F Pet of the Week – Lady

Are you looking for a new four-legged best friend? A.R.F.-Animal Rescue foundation has many cats and dogs available for adoption. We're based in Wheaton, IL and perform pet adoptions in DuPage County.

Lady is a very sweet German Shepherd girl and is what we call a "tripod" - getting around just fine on 3 legs. Weighing in at 65 pounds, Lady has lots of love to go around. Her favorite thing is hanging out with her people!

Lady is currently heartworm positive so she will get her treatments April 19th and 20th. After that she’ll be ready for her forever home. Lady will have no negative health effects from the heartworm, her new humans will just need to keep her heart rate down for 30 days so she can heal.
