Are you looking for a new four-legged best friend? A.R.F.-Animal Rescue foundation has many cats and dogs available for adoption. We're based in Wheaton, IL and perform pet adoptions in DuPage County.
Looking for a cuddler? A fetch partner? A shadow? You've found her! Madison checks all the boxes for a dog lover, and more! She’s a 2-3-year-old Boxer mix girl who weighs about 40 pounds and is solid love.
A bit shy at first, Maddie warms up to you in no time. She’s had a rough early life, as she was not treated as loved family member and has already mothered a few litters. After a little time and love she’s be all in as your new companion. When she’s not looking for cuddles, Maddie loves tennis balls and running around in the yard.

Maddie mostly tolerates the other dog and cat in her foster home but would prefer to be the only pet and receive ALL the love and attention. She loves children ages 10 and up who are sturdy enough to handle her excitement when playing with them, and who understand when she's ready for a break. Her foster mom gives her free run of the house while away at work and there have been no accidents in the house nor inappropriate chewing. She is coming out of her shell at her foster home and learning to be playful. She is timid with new people but her desire for affection eventually wins over her fear.
