Homebuyers Can Save During
Springfield Pointe’s Grand Opening

North Mark Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its new-home community, Springfield Pointe in west suburban Bloomingdale.

Located off Knollwood Drive, a decorated model of the Cambria from North Mark Homes now is open for home shoppers to tour. Buyers who purchase during the grand opening celebration can take advantage of incentives, saving up to 10,000 when they purchase before August 15th.

“We are so excited to bring this exceptional housing opportunity to Bloomingdale that we want to share our enthusiasm with our customers,” said Jeff Pelock, president of North Mark Homes. “With only 32 brand-new homes available in Phase I of Springfield Pointe, we have had exceptional presales since we opened in May with nearly one third of the homes already sold.”

He pointed out that Bloomingdale is a highly desirable western suburb that is in high demand, but new construction homes with fresh updated floor plans with an open concept are few and far between.

The Cambria model is one of six distinctive single-family-home plans available at the community. Designs, which are comprised of open-concept floor plans including a beautiful ranch, range in size from 1,984 to more than 3,400 square feet. They have three, four or five bedrooms; up to 3-1/2 baths; flex rooms and/or lofts; and two- or three-car garages. Nearly all plans have an option to add a first-floor bedroom with a full bath (in-law suite), sunroom, screened-in porch, fireplace, and spa master bath with a variety of choices such as an oversize walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Additionally, extended family rooms, additional garage stalls, and extra bedrooms and baths allow new homeowners to personalize their plans to perfectly suit their needs, tastes and budgets. Base prices for the homes at Springfield Pointe start at $411,900.

With more than 30 years of experience crafting fine quality homes and developing communities throughout Chicagoland, Pelock has come to understand what buyers want and expect in their new homes. As a result, North Mark Homes includes many high quality standard features such as LP wood siding with a 50-year warranty, concrete driveways, Pella maintenance-free windows, fully sodded yards, granite counter tops, and more. Other standard features include nine-foot ceilings on the main level, basements per plan, two-panel white painted interior doors, walk-in closets, pre-wired CAT 5c phone jack and RG6 quad shield TV jacks, and direct wire smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with battery backup.

With 2,813 square feet, four bedrooms plus a loft and 2-1/2 baths, there’s a space for everyone in the innovative two-story Cambria. A first-floor flex room along with a den offer a place for individual time—whether spent reading, researching online or simply relaxing. When it’s time to bring everyone together, the family room flows freely into the kitchen and dinette so the chef can stay a part of the action. A walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage while the second-floor laundry room is tucked away for privacy. Upstairs, the loft makes a great entertainment nook for all. Three auxiliary bedrooms share a hall bath and the master suite has his and her closets and a lavish, luxurious master bath.

Buyers can personalize the Cambria with an upgraded spa bath, extended family room or dinette, sunroom, fireplace, three-car garage, and covered front porch. To expand the home’s living space, a first-floor bedroom is optional in lieu of the den while a fifth bedroom can replace the loft on the second floor.

Outside, Springfield Pointe homes boast classic architecture with multiple elevations offered for a cohesive yet diverse streetscape. Nearly half of Phase 1’s homes are nestled along a six-acre pond while several more back up to open space.

While this intimate enclave has a friendly, secluded feel, it is mere minutes from everything a family wants and needs. For example, everyday conveniences including shopping at Stratford Square Mall and Stratford Crossing Shopping Center are nearby. Restaurants, movie theaters and more are just down the street, providing countless entertainment options. And there is plenty of outdoor recreation close by with Indian Lakes, Bloomingdale Golf Club and Medinah Country Club plus canoeing, kayaking, picnicking, fishing, and a 2-1/2 mile trail system at Mallard Lake Forest Preserve.

The community is located north of Army Trail Road and south of Lake Street so major roadways are never far. Plus, commuters will live about 10 minutes from Interstate 355, which offers access to surrounding suburbs.

Springfield Pointe is between Springfield Drive and Knollwood Drive. To reach the community, take Army Trail Road to Knollwood Drive, turn north and continue to Donald Drive and the model home will be evident.

The new decorated Cambria model is located at 234 Donald Drive. It is open for visitors to tour Monday through Thursday 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
