Little Change In New Coronavirus Case Numbers In Wheaton: DCHD
Since March 2020, Wheaton has seen 4,466 confirmed coronavirus cases, according to DuPage County Health Department.
WHEATON, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Wheaton increased by 72 cases in the past eight days. For Wheaton, this is similar to the previous week, which saw 69 new coronavirus cases.
As of April 20, there had been 4,394 coronavirus cases reported in Wheaton. The total number of cases reported in Wheaton as of April 28 was 4,466. This reflects an overall increase of 1.6 percent. The previous week's increase was also 1.6 percent.
In Wheaton, there have been 295 probable coronavirus cases since March 2020, according to county health records. With probable cases included, the total case count for Wheaton is 4,761.

On April 20, the village had reported 3,088 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 3,125 as of April 28, reflecting an overall increase of 1.2 percent. The previous week's increase was 1.6 percent.
In Glen Ellyn, there have been 220 probable coronavirus cases. Including probable cases, the total coronavirus case count for Glen Ellyn is at 3,345.
