Lotto Tickets Stolen, Rock Thrown Through Window In Wheaton: Cops

WHEATON, IL — A package was pilfered, lottery tickets were stolen and other incidents were reported in the Wheaton Police Department's crime blotter for the first week of June.

The following incidents were reported to Wheaton police between May 31 and June 6.

Lottery Tickets Stolen from Bucky's at 1000 E. Roosevelt Rd.

Police say a man came into Bucky's around 3:40 a.m. on June 2 and stole a roll of scratch-off lottery tickets without paying for anything.

Criminal Damage to Property in 1200 block of Union Avenue

Someone threw a rock through the window of a building at the above address, according to police. The incident took place sometime between June 3 and June 5.

Package Stolen from Building in 400 block of College Avenue

Police say a "large package" was stolen from the hallway of an apartment building at the above address sometime between 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. on June 6.
