Michael Kasper, DuPage Medical Group CEO, Dead At 46
Officials at DuPage Medical Group say they are "shocked and saddened" by his passing.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Michael Kasper, who served as CEO of DuPage Medical Group, has died at the age of 46. Kasper died Saturday, May 4, according to his death announcement on the DuPage Medical Group website.
Officials from DuPage Medical Group wrote they are "shocked and saddened" by Kasper's passing. They added that "DMG’s leadership team, Board of Directors, physicians, employees, patients and the entire healthcare community mourn his loss."
Kasper started with DuPage Medical Group in 2010 and was responsible for bringing "unprecedented growth and expansion" to the organization, officials said. He was named to Crain's Chicago Business's "40 Under 40" list in 2011.

Kasper helped facilitate a $1.45 billion investment in DMG from Ares Management Private Equity Groupin 2017. This investment has allowed DuPage Medical Group to expand its footprint and reach even more patients.
Kasper is survived by his wife and children.

DMG officials said they "extend [their] deepest sympathies to his wife and children and ask that you respect their privacy during this difficult time."
