SATURDAY, MAY 11
Acura Scratched
Someone scratched the driver's side rear door of a gray 2003 Acura 3.2 TL while it was parked in a parking lot on the 400 block of East Roosevelt Road. The incident occurred sometime between 6:20 a.m. and 1 p.m. on this day.

Battery, Criminal Damage
Police charged Monique T. Norman, of the 800 block of West Roosevelt Road, with criminal damage to property and battery. Norman was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on her block, according to a police report. She was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released to her residence later that night.
Rock the Windshield
Someone threw a large rock through the back windshield of a silver or aluminum 2000 Volkswagen Passat while it was parked on a driveway on the 800 block of West Roosevelt Road. The incident occurred sometime between 1 a.m. and 10:20 a.m. on this day. The Passat was still locked and nothing was missing when the owner first saw the damage, according to a police report.

THURSDAY, MAY 9
Railroad Intoxication, Battery
Police charged two Wheaton residents of the 700 block of West Liberty Street with violating the railroad intoxication act at 2:31 p.m. on the 400 block of West Front Street. Linda L. Valez, 33, was also charged with obstructing a peace offer, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to real property. She was transported to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office, where she was later released.
Chris A. Kupka, 58, was also charged with battery during the incident. He was booked and released at the Wheaton Police Department later that afternoon.
Obstructing an Officer
Police charged Willard M. Cotton, of the 1600 block of Briarcliffe Boulevard, Wheaton, with obstructing an officer. Cotton was arrested at 12:48 a.m. at the intersection of 22nd and Fawell, according to a police report. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 8
$500 Fence Damage
Someone damaged the fence in the back parking lot of a building on the 700 block of Delles Road. The incident occurred sometime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on this day. The damage is estimated at $500, according to a police report.

MONDAY, MAY 6
Battery
Police charged John R. Veltri, of the first block of 26 West Hazel Lane, Wheaton, with battery. Veltri was arrested at 11:55 p.m. at his residence, according to a police report. He was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and was later transported to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office, where he was later released.
