Resurfacing Work To Start On President Street, Manchester Road
The road work is slated to start April 26, if weather permits.

WHEATON, IL — Amid coronavirus business closures throughout the city, crews are expected to start work resurfacing parts of President Street and Manchester Road. The road work, which will also include curb and sidewalk replacements at some intersections, is set to start April 26, if weather permits.
The construction will affect traffic on President Street between Harrison Avenue and Geneva Road and on Manchester Road between County Farm Road and Gables Boulevard, according to an update from city officials.
Electronic signs will be in place to communicate information about the road work and related detours. The project is expected to be wrapped up by the end of July.
