Wheaton Addresses Delay In Yard Waste Collection

WHEATON, IL -- Some Wheaton residents have recently reported that their yard waste was not collected on its normal collection day. City officials recently took to social media to address the delay, which they say they are working to resolve.

According to a post on Facebook, the city is aware of the delay in yard waste collection. They say they are actively working with Lakeshore Recycling Systems to correct the problem in a timely manner.

The post also promised to provide more information to residents when it becomes available.

In the meantime, city officials thanked residents for their patience in the matter.
