There are many ways that hypnosis can be used to help change your life emotionally, mentally, and physically. Hypnosis can help boost your self-confidence and happiness while lessening stress, fears, sadness, and excess worry. Mentally, it can be used to help you pass exams through increased memory retention, communicate more effectively, and increase your productivity. These are all important qualities whether you are in school or in the work force. Hypnosis also has a variety of physical benefits. Athletically, it can help you improve your sports performance.

I am trained in both Pain Management Hypnosis as well as Medical Hypnosis. Pain Management Hypnosis can help to ease pains and side effects related to surgery. There are many benefits to Medical Hypnosis. Common uses of Medical-Related Hypnotism include: relaxation therapy, stress reduction, confidence building, pain management, and smoking cessation. Medical Hypnotism can be used to combat hypertension, fibromyalgia, sleep problems, irritable bowel syndrome, fears & phobias, chronic pain, headaches, back pain, and surgery.
