CSN Chicago Will Air Loyola Academy's IHSA Playoff Game
The Ramblers will take on Homewood-Flossmoor Saturday in the IHSA Class 8A football quarterfinals.
Comcast SportsNet (CSN) will carry Loyola Academy’s IHSA Class 8A football playoff game against Homewood-Flossmoor Saturday at 1 p.m.
The top-ranked Ramblers come into the state quarterfinal match-up undefeated at 11-0 overall. They have outscored opponents 80-0 over the first two playoff games, first a 31-0 win over Aurora (West Aurora) and then a 49-0 triumph over Stevenson.
Things could get much tougher for the Ramblers on Saturday, as the eighth-seeded Homewood-Flossmoor comes into Wilmette with a 10-1 overall record. The Vikings defeated O’Fallon, 55-17 and New Trier, 55-7 in the playoffs.

The winner of this game will advance to the state semifinals, where they will play the winner of the Chicago (Brother Rice)-Palatine game.
