Updated Mask Guidelines For The Kenilworth Park District
Kenilworth Park District provided updated mask guidelines Thursday.
On May 19, 2021 Governor J.B. Pritzker, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity updated their guidance regarding wearing masks. With this new guidance, the Kenilworth Park District has updated their mask guidelines as follows:
Indoors

• Fully vaccinated individuals over the age of 12 are no longer required to wear a mask or social distance, however masks continue to be encouraged.
• Individuals ages 12 and over that are not vaccinated will still be required to wear a mask and social distance.
• Individuals ages 11 and under are required to social distance and wear masks.
Outdoors

• Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask or social distance.
• Non-vaccinated individuals are encouraged to wear a mask and social distance.
The Kenilworth Park District will not be tracking patrons or participants for vaccinations. We are encouraging all patrons to follow the guidelines we have referenced above. Whether you have been vaccinated or not, the Kenilworth Park District still encourages all patrons to wear a mask and social distance. In order for these new guidelines to work, we are relying on the honesty and integrity of all of our patrons. Together, we continue to progress towards a new normal. Stay safe!
