The undefeated Loyola Academy Ramblers are just two wins away from a state title, but they will face a stiff test on Saturday with an IHSA state semifinal match-up against Palatine High School.
Top-ranked Loyola (12-0) is coming off a 34-28 victory over Homewood-Flossmoor in the quarterfinal round while Palatine (10-2) beat Chicago (Brother Rice) last week, 28-24.

The winner of this game, set to kickoff at 5 p.m. on Saturday, will face the winner of the Aurora (Waubonsie Valley)-Chicago (Marist) semifinal in the Class 8A state championship over Thanksgiving weekend.
