The first jabs with the Moderna vaccine are scheduled to be administered on Tuesday, with a second dose to follow on April 20, so residents must be available on both dates.
Local officials asked the community to share the opportunity with seniors who have not yet been vaccinated and to assist with the registration process where necessary.

The doses have been provided by the Cook County Department of Public Health and Jewel-Osco and the site is staffed by village staff members. Those with appointments must present a valid state-issued identity proving they live in one of the qualifying villages.
