From Dramatic Publishing: "Brian Dowd has spent the last ten years of his life wrestling an unrequited "something" for his best friend's sister. But each and every time he's spoken with Beth Finnegan for more than 30 seconds he's ended up with his foot in his mouth. Now, Beth is about to get married and Brian's time is running out. This highly acclaimed comedy is at once entertaining, very funny and ultimately touching."

Director Anne James-Noonan says, "We are so fortunate that playwright, Jack Neary endorsed our edits and the distribution of the roles among more than two students for our Spring Play performances. This is the very first production that we are able to livestream and have a small invited in person audience! Working in person, on a play that will be performed in real time (even with masks and social distancing) feels like a real gift to all of us. The student crew built and painted an impressive set and we are very excited to share this last production of the 2020-2021 school year with the New Trier community."
