Senior Living Facility Blamed for Disabled Man's Fall
Power of attorney seeks $50,000 from Sunrise of Wilmette Senior Living.

WILMETTE, IL - A senior living facility in Wilmette is being sued on accusations they did not properly monitor a disabled man who fell while in their care.
Sunrise of Wilmette Senior Living - at 615 Ridge Rd. - is the defendant in a lawsuit filed this month by Julie Ann Windsor, who has power of attorney for Elias George Jr., according to the Cook County Record.
The suit claims George fell while in the care of the facility due to the effects of dehydration. Windsor says Sunrise of Wilmette did not provide proper care in alleging negligence.
