Winnetka-Glencoe Patch readers praised the attention to detail and great flavor at the Green Bay Road pizzeria.

WINNETKA, IL — The results are in from our survey of Winnetka-Glencoe Patch readers for their choice of the best pizza in town.
Favored by more than a third of respondents in last week's unscientific poll, one pizza joint emerged as the clear favorite — Grateful Bites.
Owners Matt and Sarah Halack opened Grateful Bites Pizza Shoppe at 899 Green Bay Road in the summer of 2017 in the Hubbard Woods after operating a mobile oven and catering business.

In survey responses, Patch readers praised Grateful Bites' Neapolitan-style and unique ingredient combinations.
"They're wood fired pizzas and use the highest quality ingredients," one reader said.

The top go-to order among respondents was the hot honey and pepperoni combination.
"Overall best pizza by far! Fresh and high quality ingredients," said one reader.

Barnaby's, 960 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook, favored by one reader for "The crust and the large offering of toppings."
Lou Malnati's, 3223 Lake Ave. in Wilmette, where one reader, a fan of The Lou deep dish pie, said, "Consistently delicious, high quality ingredients."
