Bicycle Recycle for Charity Saturday
Go Green Glencoe will take bikes of any condition for humanitarian organizations around the world.

Giving old bikes a new home is the mission of WorkingBikes.org. Go Green Glencoe is putting a local face on a organization that serves the world.
On Nov. 15, the public is invited to drop off used bicycles in whole or in part, working condition or not, to be donated to the nonprofit organiztaion. Working Bikes will rehab them and ship them to Latin America and Africa.

Donations are collected at the Takiff Center, 999 Green Bay Road, between 9 a.m. and noon.
“Drop off is in the circle at the front of the building near the preschool entrance,” according to a Go Green Glencoe press release.
