Freedom Home Care to open new location in Barrington

After a thriving 20+ years in business, Freedom Home Care, one of the leading and most respected home care and medical staffing agencies in the North Shore and throughout the Chicago area, is proud to announce the opening of a new location in Barrington at 836 S. Northwest Hwy.

"We have been servicing many clients in Barrington over the years from our Highland Park and Lake Forest offices," says Sharon Burack, who founded Freedom Home Care over 23 years ago after 38 years in the rehabilitation industry working with seniors in occupational, physical and speech therapy, as well as nutritional and mental well-being. “After researching the area, we found it was underserved and there was a need for available quality care, so we are opening our Barrington location to give back to the community that has been so great to us,” explains Burack.

Freedom Home Care’s newly remodeled space will offer families and their loved ones a beautiful, comfortable, homelike environment to meet with staff and discuss their needs. The new Barrington facility will service the Northern suburbs from Barrington, Deer Park, Lake Zurich and Kildeer to Grayslake, Buffalo Grove, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Naperville, Hinsdale and all surrounding suburbs.

“Our new location will offer even more peace of mind to the 40, 50 and 60-year generations who are taking care of their 70, 80 and 90-year old family members,” states Burack, “we want to cater to their needs and have the option to come into our location for in-person meetings, whether it’s to meet their caregivers or collaborate on their loved one's needs.”
