Glenview Man Charged in Northfield Knife Attack

A Glenview man has been charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and resisting a police officer after police say he used a knife in an altercation with an employee of Stormy’s Tavern in Northfield, according to an article in the Winnetka Talk.

Police say Martin K. Michel, 61, was upset with an employee of Stormy’s Tavern who did not let him use the restroom there, the article says. The incident happened behind the bar Sunday morning. The employee received only minor injuries.
