Letter to the Editor: Jennifer Spinney Deserves Vote for Village Trustee

Winnetka will have a choice to make in the election for Village Trustee on Tuesday April 5th; for the first time in quite a while, 4 names are on the ballot for 3 positions. Jeni Spinney deserves our vote.  She has earned it through years of service to our community which has been documented earlier. Jeni has shown great common sense. She has no hidden agenda. She is not looking to legislate in order to get her name on a bronze plaque. Rather, she has proven to be a dutiful, dedicated and diligent trustee for the past 2 years. This campaign has shown her to be independent, scrappy, and yet spunky as she took the "high road."

We are very fortunate to have the candidates we do who are willing to serve in the arduous, time consuming and tedious efforts representing us on the village council. For an experienced and responsive voice on our council I say Jeni is at the top of the list.
