Polls are closed in competitive school board races in New Trier High School District 203 and Sunset Ridge School District 29.

WINNETKA, IL — Polls are closed in New Trier Township following competitive races for local school boards.
While races for village boards in Glencoe, Northfield and Winnetka were all uncontested, there were six candidates vying for four available seats on the New Trier Township High School District 203 school board and four candidates seeking three seats on the Sunset Ridge School District 29 board.
Four of the candidates for the NTHS board were endorsed by the local school board caucus and campaigned jointly as the Top 4 New Trier slate.

The Caucus-backed Top 4 New Trier slate led a pair of independent challengers by margins greater than 1700 votes, according to unofficial results from the Cook County Clerk's Office.
