Lee B. Keating, age 66 of Northfield passed away peacefully, August 28, 2014, at home, after a courageous battle with ALS.

Beloved husband of Lucie S. Keating. Loving father of Joshua L. Keating, Jaime A. Keating, Sarah K. Oates, and Thomas M. Keating. Cherished grandfather of Avery J. Klco and Lucie E. Oates. Proud father-in-law of TK Oates and soon to be father-in-law of Tom’s fiancée, Erin Matson. Lee was predeceased by his parents Bonnie & Edward Keating and his brother Arthur E. Keating.

Leo, a precious friend to many, was a charming man who loved his friends and family dearly.

Lee’s career spanned from automobiles to restaurants to real estate. Interests included vintage car racing and a passion for golf. His greatest strength was his relationships with family and friends and even strangers. Let him be remembered by his kindness, love and humor and not by his illness. A mentor to many, Leo was a great gift to our world. He will be greatly missed.
