Plan Commission Gives Thumbs Up to One Winnetka Development
The project still needs to be considered by both the Design Review Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The Winnetka Plan Commission last week gave its approval for the construction of a mixed-use development at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Elm Street.
Commission members voted 8-2 to recommend the One Winnetka development, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The project still needs to be considered by both the Design Review Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.
