Volunteers Sought for Park District's Haunted Trail, Pumpkins on the Beach Events

The Winnetka Park District is seeking volunteers for two of its popular fall events.

The family-friendly Pumpkins on the Beach is set for 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23. Volunteer opportunities include assisting with carnival games, pumpkin decorating and friendly costumes characters. For more information, contact Jen Gorczyca at (847) 501-6130 or jgorczyca@winpark.org.

Approximately 50 volunteers are needed for the Winnetka Park District’s popular Haunted Trail event Saturday, Oct. 24. The time commitment is from 4:30 to 9:30 pm. The preferred age is high school age and older. Volunteers will be asked to dress up in provided costumes, sell tickets, and help people around the trail.
