77-Year-Old Arrested For Battery In Yorkville
He was previously charged with battery, but was found not guilty

Yorkville police arrested 77-year-old James M. Hoak after he allegedly struck a person on Tuesday evening, according to a department press release.
Just before 7 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a report of a fight in progress on the 200 block of East Veterans Parkway. They determined that Hoak had hit the victim after an argument over the behavior of the victim's child.
Kendall County Court records indicate that Hoak was charged with battery in December 2012, but he was found not guilty.
