2021-1846, Aggravated Battery/Criminal Damage to State Supported Property: On 07/07/21 at 5:56 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of a battery. After investigation, Lamarciano Hudson, a 19-year-old male of the 22200 block of Taylor Road in Plainfield, was charged with aggravated battery to a corrections deputy and criminal damage to state supported property. 

2021-1847, Criminal Damage to Property: On 07/07/2021 at approximately 6:18 a.m. deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Winrock Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is on-going.

2021-1856, Warrant Arrest: On 07/07/21 3:43 p.m., deputies had contact with Peter Acevedo, a 52-year-old male of the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township, at his residence. Acevedo was taken into custody on a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended. Acevedo was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-1857, Domestic Battery: On 07/07/21 at 8:23 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Circle Drive West in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is on-going.

2021-1860, Battery: On 07/08/21 at 8:27 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Jail for a report of a battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2021-1861, DUI/Possession of a Controlled Substance: On 07/08/21 at 1:29 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 0-99 block of Sonora Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Jose Villarreal, a 48-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Sonora Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance. Villarreal was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-1865, ID Theft: On 07/08/21 at 2:00 p.m., deputies responded to the 1100 block of McHugh Road in Bristol Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.
