2021-1837, Domestic Battery: On 07/06/21 at 4:07 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way, Oswego Township, for a report of domestic battery.  The incident is under investigation.

2021-1839, In-State Warrant: On 07/06/21 at 7:36 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30, Oswego Township for a disturbance.  During the investigation, Walter F. Williams, a 30-year-old male from the 1000 block of Route 30, was taken into custody on an original Kendall County warrant for failure to report to a penal institution. Bond on the warrant was set at $20,000 with 10% to apply.  Williams was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2021-1840, 1841, Driving while Revoked, In-State Warrant:  On 07/06/21 at 8:07 p.m., sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Chilton Way and Route 34.  The driver of the vehicle, Kenard Ford, a 34-year-old male from the 1200 block of Trask Street, Aurora was found to have a revoked driver’s license. In addition, Ford was wanted on two DuPage County Sheriff’s Office warrants for driving while license revoked. Bond on each warrant was set at $3,000 with 10% to apply.  Ford was also wanted on an Aurora Police warrant for driving while license suspended and bond was set at $2,000 with 10% to apply.  Ford was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail.
