UPDATE: Accident Closed Route 52
There was an accident between a semi-truck and an SUV, but the road is now open
Update: ISP announced early Monday afternoon that Route 52 had reopened. (2:14 pm CST 3/13/17)
Route 52 was closed at Grove Road in Kendall County following a serious injury crash involving a semi-trailer truck and a Ford Expedition, according to an Illinois State Police press release. Illinois State Police is on the scene, and more details will be released later today.
